The hotel that we've using has blocked rooms for us and has a special rate of $119.00 per room, per night for up to 4 people per room. 60 rooms have 2 double beds and a sofa/bed, the remaining have 1 queen bed and a sofa/bed.

3 people per room is $39.67pp
4 people per room is $29.75 pp

The bus cost per person, round trip is $75.00 if paid by check/cash. Buses will depart from the WalMart parking lot in Summerfield, across from McDonalds @ 8:00am.
